Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Maidstone, ME14

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

 A fantastic opportunity for a determined, enthusiastic Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent Estate Agency based in the Maidstone, Kent area.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency, be driven, self-motivated and have a proven track record in negotiating deals and spotting sales opportunities.

The ability to win new business and take on new properties would be a highly valued skill which the company are seeking.

You will have a genuine passion for property and have a natural flare at building long standing relationships with clients.

The Company: Our client is a successful independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation and local offices around the Maidstone area. 

Skills required for this Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience essential
• Articulate, well-spoken and with excellent inter-personal skills
• Listing & valuation experience beneficial
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Maidstone and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
