Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include: 

• Experience as sales negotiator

• Excellent sales ability

• High level of customer service skills

• Good telephone manner and positive attitude

• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated

• Knowledge of the Ashtead area helpful

• Full driving license essential and own car

• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
