Salary: £60k - £90k Based on experience and ability

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a dynamic and expanding property consultancy, is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced RICS Building Surveyor to join their Billericay (Essex) office.

This is a varied and rewarding role involving work across both residential and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality surveying services.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and proactive Building Surveyor, with experience in areas such as project management, contract administration, building surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports.

A strong track record in both residential and commercial work, combined with a confident and energetic approach, will ensure you are well-positioned to succeed in this role.

Skills required for this RICS Building Surveyor role will include:

  • BA/BSc degree / Graduate
  • MRICS / FRICS / AssocRICS qualification essential
  • Highly motivated individual with a proven skillset
  • Ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion.
  • Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities
  • Be responsive to customer requests.
  • Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries.
  • Attention to detail/disciplined individual
  • A good team player with strong analytical skills
