​Worth Recruiting, a leading property industry recruitment specialist, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Luke Bradnick to Managing Director. With a stellar track record spanning over 15 years in the property sector, Luke brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.​

Luke's journey began at the age of 17, straight out of school, with Lords Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames. His dedication and talent quickly propelled him through the ranks, covering both lettings and sales before moving to Leaders and Curchods. Notably, at 25, he became the youngest Branch Manager at Curchods, a testament to his exceptional leadership skills.

His career continued to flourish at Cairds Estate Agents in Epsom, where he excelled as Marketing Manager and Branch Valuer, eventually leading the highly successful Epsom office.

In 2021, Luke joined Worth Recruiting, drawn by the company's strong reputation and family-oriented ethos.
