Vacancy: SENIOR SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate & Letting Agency

Location: Ilford, IG5

Salary: OTE £35,000-£40,000

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful local independent Estate Agency, with offices in Ilford, are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their highly effective team.

The role will involve booking and conducting viewings, generating business by calling new and existing clients, canvassing and negotiating successful property sales and residential lettings.

You will be the kind of person who enjoys working in a busy environment and be a real team player.

You will have exceptional customer service skills, have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and have natural negotiation skills.

The perfect candidate will already be working in a similar role but have a desire to join a local market leading company where they can earn well and develop their career in a fast moving busy sales environment.

The Company: Our client is a highly professional independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation, a well-known brand, and offices in Essex and the Docklands area.

Skills required for this Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous experience in Estate Agency Sales and / or Lettings
• A proven sales record
• High level of customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of the Ilford areas preferred
• Driving license and own car essential
