Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings & Management

Location: Portsmouth, PO1

Salary: OTE £45k

Position: Full Time

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, pro-active Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a professional property company with busy offices in the Portsmouth area.

The perfect candidate for this Lettings Negotiator role will have previous experience in, and ideally currently be working in, a similar position; have a great track record in business development and be capable of winning new instructions and negotiating fully managed AST’s.

You will be determined, proactive, love lettings and have a positive approach to business: familiarity with the local area would be ideal, and an ARLA qualification would be helpful.

• Experienced residential Lettings Negotiator

• Significant Listing / Valuations experience

• Excellent sales ability

• ARLA qualification beneficial

• High level of customer service skills

• Good telephone manner and positive attitude

• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated

• Knowledge of the Portsmouth area

• Full Driving License essential and own car

• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
