An experienced Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) is sought for this highly successful award winning Estate Agency in Wimbledon Village.

They are looking for a proactive, personable Sales Negotiator with an excellent track record in the industry and the ability to help to grow and develop the business.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency and have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, dynamic and naturally good with people.

You must have the ability to be persuasive and a great negotiator and having instruction winning and listing skills would be a distinct advantage.

Local knowledge would be helpful.

 Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous experience as Sales Negotiator

• A sales / customer service background

• Excellent sales ability

• High level of customer service skills

• Good telephone manner and positive attitude

• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated

• Valuing and Listing skills helpful

• Knowledge of Wimbledon and the surrounding area helpful

• Full Driving License and own car essential

• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
