Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Bristol, BS20

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a friendly, market leading independent property services company in the Bristol area.

The role in question would suit a candidate who can sell and who closes deals well while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Estate Agency and be animated, ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain business relationships with the clients. 

The Company: Our client is a well-established, highly respected and forward-thinking Property Company with offices in the Bristol area. 

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience essential
• Excellent (proven) sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local Bristol area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car essential
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
