Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Mitcham, CR4

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator with proven record in residential property sales who is confident, mature, responsible and highly motivated.

The perfect candidate must be able to build and maintain relationship with people and be someone who has an understanding of what customer service really means.

You will be able to illustrate successes that you have had in the industry to date and you should be well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.

 The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the South London who specialise in residential estate agency.

 Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous experience in residential Sales beneficial
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Mitcham area helpful
• Full Driving License and car owner essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
