Vacancy: BRANCH MANAGER– Residential Sales & Lettings Agency
Location: Aldershot, GU11
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Basingstoke area is seeking an experienced Branch Managerto help build the team and increase the business share of this well-known and highly visible brand.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in estate agency and extensive experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a career changing role. Knowledge of the Aldershot area would clinch the deal!

Skills required for this Branch Manager role will include:
Previous residential estate agency experience
essential
Management and mentoring skills
Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential
NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
High level of customer service skills
Great telephone manner and positive attitude
Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Andover and surrounding area helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
