He has spent over 15 years in Estate Agency and during his career, has worked for both national and local independent companies. 

Luke has worked his way up from a position as a negotiator to senior management roles, and his success and growth have been largely attributable to his innovative, progressive and consultative management approach. Most recently Luke has mentored and led a thriving, forward-thinking team within a prestigious and award-winning Surrey Estate Agency.
