Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Location: Weybridge, KT13

Salary: OTE £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Lettings Negotiator: We are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator who would like to work for a friendly, market leading independent Estate Agency with offices in Elmbridge, Surrey.

The role in question, based in Weybridge, would suit a candidate who can closes deals well while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in Estate Agency and be animated, ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain business relationships with the clients.

The Company: Our client is a premium brand independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Weybridge area

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous residential lettings experience
• Excellent (proven) sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local Walton on Thames / Weybridge area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car essential
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
