Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Brighton, BN1

Salary: OTE: £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, pro-active Lettings Negotiator to work in a thriving Lettings team in the Brighton area.  Working for an established professional property company specialising in Development, Investment and Asset Management.

The perfect candidate for this Lettings Negotiaor role will have previous experience in, and ideally currently be working in, a similar position; have a great track record in residential lettings and be capable negotiating fully managed AST’s.

You will be determined, proactive, love lettings and have a positive approach to business: familiarity with the local area would be ideal, and an ARLA qualification would be beneficial.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Experienced residential Lettings Negotiator
• Excellent sales ability
• ARLA qualification beneficial
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Brighton area
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
