LETTINGS / SENIOR LETTING NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Sidcup, DA15

Salary: OTE £35k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for an individual with exceptional lettings skills; someone who is looking to further their career in Estate Agency! 

Our client is based in Sidcup and are a company with both a thriving sales and lettings department and an excellent reputation locally for being pro-active and highly energetic.

As a result of expansion, they are looking for an experienced Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator to help in the ongoing development of their lettings business. (Salary based on experience and ability).

The ideal candidate will be smart, well-presented, enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an excellent record within the property industry and show that they have considerable expertise at negotiating lettings transactions.  The role will also involve some property management duties including property inspections and check outs.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in residential lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.

Highly competitive remuneration package (negotiable) for the right person.

• Property lettings experience
• ARLA qualifications beneficial
• High level of customer care
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Well-presented and articulate
• Ambitious and Self-Motivated
• Local knowledge of the Sidcup area preferred
• Full UK driving License and Car owner
