Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time 

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential Property Manager to join a successful Independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Whitstable area.

If you are looking for a new position with a well-known local brand that has an excellent reputation and strong local presence, then this could be for you. 

The perfect candidate will have a great track record in and previous experience in Residential Property Management and preferably already be in a similar role.  

You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants, show empathy and understanding, you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include: 

• Experienced in Property Management 
• Understanding of current lettings legislation
• ARLA qualification beneficial
• Highly organised and able to prioritise work load 
• Problem solve effectively 
• High level of customer service skills 
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude 
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment  
• Knowledge of the local area helpful 
• Full Driving License and own car essential
