Over the past 30 years, Pascale has enjoyed a varied and diverse career working across a broad spectrum of industries, and during this time has gained superlative skills and a wealth of experience in HR, Finance and Compliance.

She worked in highly specialised recruitment, the legal industry and in new homes as well as owning her own company before becoming HR and Personnel Director at Lords Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames.

When the firm was sold, she joined Guy in property recruitment, specifically focusing on the financial side of the business as well as having responsibility for HR, Personnel and Compliance.

Pascale has a first-class honours degree in Psychology and has worked as a visiting research assistant at the University of Portsmouth and as a critical reader for the Open University. Pascale's latest accomplishment is to have had her empirical research published in the UJOP 2021.

Pascale is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and has attained professional accreditations with both the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the Recruitment Employment Confederation.
