Emily was in the property industry for 7 years before moving into specialised property recruitment and head-hunting, in early 2017.

She initially joined Countrywide’s prestigious John D. Wood and Faron Sutaria brands in South West London, predominately in their flagship South Kensington office and starting in Lettings Administration. She quickly realised that her passion and strengths were much more suited to a customer focused selling role. With superb guidance and dogged determination, Emily became a regular name at the top of the company’s leader board.

In 2013, Emily joined the Surrey based, market leading Lords Estate Agency based in Kingston / Surbiton specifically to relaunch the companies Lettings division. Emily was hugely successful and gained a great understanding of what makes a company successful! 

After Guy Hodge sold the company, Emily was offered the opportunity to join him in a slightly different role in property recruitment and she quickly progressed to a Senior Recruitment Consultant, winning top recruiter for the company each year.

“I love what I do!” say’s Emily. “There is enormous importance in finding my client’s the right candidate because of the ongoing impact that this will have on their business.” 

Providing superb customer service to both parties is one of Emily’s upmost priorities. “I do not have a typical 9-5 work ethic and make sure that I am contactable to both my clients and my candidates out of office hours. Finding the perfect fit for both is always my focus.”
