Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Richmond, TW9

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator with proven record in residential lettings who is confident, responsible and highly motivated.

The perfect candidate must be able to build and maintain relationships with people and be someone who has an understanding of what customer service really means.

In order to apply for this role, you will be able to illustrate successes that you have had in the industry to date and you should be well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.

The Company: Our client is an award winning Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and multiple local offices in and around the London and the Home Counties who specialise in residential property sales.

Skills required for this Estate Agency Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous experience in residential lettings / estate agency
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Richmond area helpful
• Full Driving License
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
