OTE: £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, competent and experienced Business Development Manager to join a highly successful local Financial Service Company and support their busy mortgage services division.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in BDM and, ideally, have previous recent experience in financial services / mortgage / client services administration.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

You will need to be confident working within a busy team as well as working on your own.

Skills required for this Business Development Manager role will include:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Presentable and articulate communicator
• Highly organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of property industry desirable
• Driving licence and car owner preferred
