Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in developing their career in the Lettings Industry.
Our client is a smart, vibrant and well-known local brand with offices in the Haslemere area and they would like someone to run the local Lettings department (without constant supervision or interference!).
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with clients.
You will be a proactive, articulate, well-presented and well-spoken individual and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum.
You should also have some previous experience at a managerial level and understand about managing and motivating your team. Having said that, the company may consider an aspiring Lettings Assistant Manager who has the right experience and feels ready to step up to a new challenge!
An ARLA qualification is desirable, but you must have a comprehensive understanding of the lettings regulations and legislation, so previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Skills required for this Lettings Manager (Estate Agency and Lettings) role will include:
- Previous experience in as Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
- ARLA qualified preferable or willing to work towards it
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Professional approach to Lettings
- Amazing customer service skills
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Grayshott area is preferred
