Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Stanmore, HA7

Salary: £32k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A position has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join an established independent, local Lettings Agency with offices in the Harrow area with a thriving Lettings and Property Management department.

You will need have a great track record in Residential Property Management and preferably currently be employed in a similar role.

You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding.

You must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure – all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!

The role will involve all aspects of property management from dealing with deposits and tenancy agreements to organising safety certificates and notices. You will also be expected to carry out inspections so being a car owner is essential!

An ARLA qualification or similar would be preferential.

The Company: Our client is an established independent Sales and Lettings agency, with a successful branch in Stanmore.

Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

• Experienced in Property Management
• Understanding of current lettings legislation
• Highly organized and able to prioritise work load
• Problem solve effectively
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Knowledge of the local Stanmore area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• ARLA qualification helpful or willing to work towards ARLA qualification
