Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Hornchurch, RM11

Salary: OTE: £35k - £45k (Dependent on experience and ability)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Estate Agency Sales Negotiator for their busy Hornchurchoffice.

The ideal candidate should have some previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, be well-presented, well-spoken, articulate and outgoing and have a genuine interest in progressing their career as an Estate agent. A local candidate with good local knowledge would be ideal!

The role will involve showing local homes, agreeing negotiations and following the sale to its completion.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Experience as Sales Negotiator
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Hornchurch area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
