PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Limehouse, E14

Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful, independent estate agency are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to help oversee their substantial portfolio of properties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong diplomatic skills, be decisive when handling challenges, and have excellent organisational abilities to manage a busy workload. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of customer service to both landlords and tenants that the company is known for.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, articulate individual with the right attitude and work ethic, eager to further develop their property management skills.

Previous experience in Property Management is essential, and an ARLA qualification would be advantageous.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Knowledge of Section 8’s and Section 21’s
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to obtain a professional qualification
• Knowledge of the local area
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Full UK driving license
