Salary: OTE: £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a highly successful, forward-thinking Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their team based at their branch in the Winchester area.

The ideal candidate must have solid background and experience in residential sales with excellent achievements in selling property and knowledge of the local and surrounding area.

You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets, be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, have a winning mindset and most importantly, you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.

The skills required for thisSales Negotiator role will include:

• Residential property sales experience
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Knowledge of the local market area
• Target driven and dynamic.
• Full UK driving license.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
