SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Docklands, E16

Salary: OTE £50k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are urgently seeking a keen, self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious Senior Lettings Negotiator.

Our client is a Lettings and Property management specialist firm with offices in the Docklands area.

You will need have previous experience in Residential Lettings and familiarity with the local area would be preferred.

You will also need to be committed and a confident team player. You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords, Tenants and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld. 

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:

• Previous residential lettings experience

• Excellent (proven) sales and negotiation ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local Docklands area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
• Graduates given preferential consideration
