LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Morden, SM4

Salary: OTE  £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A leading independent Estate and Lettings Agent with successful offices across Surrey and greater London are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Morden office.

You will be energetic, determined and have the ability to build quick rapport with clients and colleagues alike. You will have strong negotiation skills and a desire to be successful.

Residential Property Lettings is a fast paced, dynamic occupation, so you must be able to thrive in a demanding environment, excel under pressure and want to build on the business that is already successful.

Some previous experience in Lettings is essential so that you can hit the ground running, but this is a superb career developing opportunity.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Lettings beneficial
• Excellent selling ability
• High level of customer service skills
• An exemplary telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Morden area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
